What is the maximum number of guests you host?

182 guests is our maximum.

Do you host quinceañeras or birthdays?

No, unfortunately we do not host birthdays. We host weddings and corporate events only.

What are the hours of access for the day of event?

You have from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm for set up and your event. You have 5 hours for your event. Start time will depend on sunset/ golden hour. We allow 1 hour additional for collection of personal belongings and clean up. Earlier access can be available for a $200 per hour rate.

What time does the event have to end?

Due to Hillsborough County noise ordinances, music must be off at 10:00 pm. Therefore, your event must end at 10:00 pm. You have until 11:00 pm to collect your personal belongings.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We understand your pet is an important member of your family and you may want to include them in your wedding ceremony. Before and after the ceremony, your pet must be crated in one of our suites, or taken home.

Do you have a plated option for dinner?

Yes of course! We offer a plated dinner service for our wedding package at an additional fee due to the increased staffing required.

Do you offer other options for dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes! If you have guests that require special dietary restrictions, we accommodate them. If the majority or all of your guests require alternatives to the menu, this can easily be altered with our caterer.

Can I upgrade the entrées or add more sides?

Yes! Some of our clients prefer a filet mignon or other upgraded options. Our caterer can accommodate your requests for an additional fee.

Can we have our wedding rehearsal on a Friday?

Depending on availability, Friday rehearsals can be arranged.
